Lucy Moffatt is an experienced yoga teacher based in Walthamstow, East London, offering grounding classes in hatha, vinyasa, pregnancy, postnatal, and children's yoga.
Each class is an invitation to return home to yourself—to soften your edges, slow the spinning mind, move with more ease, breathe with awareness, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Lucy holds a nurturing and inclusive space for all yogis and her teaching honours the belief that yoga is a sacred path of self-discovery and healing, available to everyone.

Friday:
-9.30 Vinyasa flow at East of Eden Walthamstow (75 mins) Starts 3/10/25
-11am Hot Yoga at East of Eden Walthamstow. Starts 3/10/25
1.30pm - Islington Children's yoga classes (closed booking)
Saturday:
-11.45am pregnancy yoga at East of Eden studio E17
